What the app does
Once a channel is connected, Formidable posts a message whenever there's something worth your team's attention:
- Qualified lead briefings — when a lead finishes a discovery conversation, you get their name, company, fit tier, and a link to the full report.
- New conversation alerts — a heads-up the moment someone starts talking to your inbound assistant.
The app uses Slack's incoming webhook to post into the one channel you choose per customer. It only ever writes notifications to that channel — it does not read your messages or access other channels.
Installing & configuring
- Sign in to your Formidable dashboard and open Integrations.
- Click Add to Slack (the button above) and approve the app for your workspace. Slack will ask which channel notifications should go to — pick one and confirm.
- That's it. The chosen channel now receives lead briefings and conversation alerts for your account.
Prefer to set it up from Slack? In any channel, run /subscribe <customer-id> and the app replies with a secure install link that connects that channel.
Slash commands

/unsubscribe <customer-id> | Stop notifications for that customer in this channel. |
/status [customer-id] | Show which channel a customer is connected to, the workspace, and who installed it. |
To remove the app, run /unsubscribe <customer-id> in the connected channel, or disconnect Slack from the Integrations page in your dashboard.
