Formidable Agent
The most contextually aware sales agent ever built.
Formidable is an AI inbound sales agent for B2B websites. It picks up the moment someone submits your sales form, qualifies them against your criteria, books the meeting, and writes your team the briefing.
FormidableLiveHow it behaves in a conversation
One question at a time
Two at once gets you one answer, always the easier one.
A vague answer gets a follow-up
Someone answers “sort of”, and it asks in one short question what they meant.
It does not flatter you
No “great question”. It repeats back what it heard and asks the next one — which is why people tell it more than a form gets.
It shows it has done its homework
Saying what it read about their company is what gets honest answers, so it opens with that — and the lead knows they are not starting from nothing.
Time-wasters never reach your team
Abuse, bots, job seekers and people selling to you are closed out on the spot. Nobody can talk it out of that, not even you.
A poor fit gets a verdict too
It ends the conversation warmly in two or three exchanges, and your team still finds out why.

Hey Daniel, thanks for reaching out about improving lead quality. Before we get into solutions, I don't have much info on your role or company. Could you share what you do at Northgate Security, and your location?
Thanks, Daniel, that's clear. So as Demand Gen Manager, you're close to the inbound lead funnel. Let me check I've got your company right: Northgate Security sells tracking hardware and security kit — mainly for fleets, businesses and families. You've been in this space for a while, focused on both tech and customer support. Have I got it right?
Got it, thanks! You're mainly B2C but aiming to strengthen B2B — especially around lead quality. What's the biggest pain point in your current inbound process from a B2B angle?
That's a tough mix. So, you see a lot of demo requests or form fills that don't lead anywhere — some people even deny submitting. Do you find this happens more on specific forms, or across all your inbound channels?
Thanks. And roughly how many inbound B2B leads come through your forms in a month? Even a ballpark is helpful!
Very clear — 500 B2B leads a month is substantial. Based on what you've described, I think I can help: I step in right after someone submits your form, qualify them in real time, and only push genuine leads to your calendar. Would you like to see how this might work for your team?
Great — let's look at where to start. Your main B2B entry point sounds like the form on your site. Is it the "Contact Sales" or "Request a Quote" page? Also, how many questions do you ask on that form today?
That's a solid setup — five questions keeps it simple for leads. If you were to implement me, I'd sit right on your pricing or sales contact form, have the qualification chat instantly, and reduce those no-show headaches. Does that match how you picture your funnel working?
Perfect, Daniel — I'll bring up the booking tool now so you can choose a time with Manu, our CEO. Once you pick a slot, he'll join the call fully briefed on everything we've discussed. Let me know if you run into any issues booking!
Great, your meeting with Manu is locked in. He'll come ready to dive right into your B2B funnel. Out of curiosity, how do you see having this real-time qualification upfront changing your follow-up and prioritisation?
Makes sense — fewer ghost leads, more focus on those who actually want to buy. If you can cut out the "false positives", your team's energy goes straight to real prospects. That usually lifts conversion rates — and lightens everyone's day a bit. Thanks for sharing. Have you noticed any AI agents or non-human visitors reaching out through your forms yet?
Good to know. That's something to keep an eye on — agentic visitors are creeping into B2B buying, and catching them early can be an advantage. That's all from my side. Any other questions or thoughts about Formidable?
You're welcome, Daniel. Looking forward to the call! If anything pops up, just reach out here. Speak soon.
FAQ
Will it make things up about our product?
It answers from a knowledge base your team builds with us, and that base is deliberately restricted. When it does not know something, it says so and hands the lead to your team.
Can a visitor talk it into behaving differently?
No. It will not change its personality because a visitor asks, and the four guarantees above are written into every agent by code. An agent that can be talked into a different character can be talked into a different price.
Will it email or chase our leads afterwards?
Never. It talks to your leads on your own site and nowhere else. Once the chat ends it sends no emails and does not chase. What the conversation produces goes to you: the briefing, the meeting, and the CRM record.
Does it sound like an AI?
It is held to a vocabulary: a written list of words it may not use, covering the marketing language that makes every piece of software sound like every other. What gets written for you is checked against it before it goes live.
Does it qualify every lead, or only the promising ones?
Every one. They come out rated against your criteria with the evidence behind each rating, including the leads it judges a poor fit. Where a conversation ended before there was enough to go on, it says so.
How many questions will it ask before it books?
A conversation that is going well runs seven or eight exchanges, about three to five minutes, and ends with a meeting in your calendar. A poor fit is over in two or three, warmly.
